At Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts, Mosaic Canteen, the festival marketplace in Morocco, showcases how intricate pieces can come together to create the most flavorful dishes. Drawing influence from colorful mosaic art, these dishes are both beautiful in their individual pieces as well as a fully composed bite.
