As the finale approaches, the Worst Cooks in America Season 21 episode 7 takes on a big food trend. While breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, the cooks might be worried about how they stack up to the competition. Which cook will be flipped out of the kitchen?

According to the Food Network, Worst Cooks in America Season 21 episode 7 “This Ain’t No Yolk” features the following:

"The recruits tackle the most important meal of the day, breakfast! They start by playing a fast-paced game to see how their skills stack up. Then chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall teach their teams how to cook an elaborate breakfast spread. In the main challenge, the recruits hope to earn a spot in the finale as they execute dishes requested by their loved ones and serve them family-style for all the remaining recruits and both chefs to taste."

For the first challenge, it appears that the recruits will be flipping pancakes. While pancakes come in all shapes and sizes, the perfect pancake is not as simple as it seems. Which recruits have expert spatula skills?

Although the first challenge seems fun, the other challenges are more difficult that they seem. A great breakfast features the perfect combination of flavors and textures. From the fluffiest eggs to that crispy bacon, there is no room for error.

While the recruits have come a long way, the last challenge before the finale has extreme pressure. Trying to impress loved ones adds a level of difficulty. Although emotion can take any recipe to the next level, the recruits need to concentrate on the details. Love might be a secret ingredient, but it isn’t always enough to make the tastiest dish.
