Spring Baking Championship Season 7 episode 7 preview: Cookie time
While the Spring Board had a huge twist in the previous episode, Spring Baking Championship Season 7 episode 7 might be lucky for one baker. The old say, that’s how the cookie crumbles, might be too much for these bakers. Will a favorite fall to the bottom of the Spring Board?
According to Food Network, Spring Baking Championship Season 7 episode 7, “The Spring Cookie Classic” features the following:
"Inspired by the famous Georgia Peach Ice Cream Sandwich, host Ali Khan challenges the bakers to invent their own spring delight featuring cookies, ice cream and fruit. Then they’re assigned classic and beloved cookies to turn into a fabulous and tasty spring dessert for judges Kardea Brown, Nancy Fuller and Duff Goldman."
For the pre-heat, this challenge is more difficult that it seems. The perfect cookie for an ice cream sandwich needs to have the right texture. Too crunchy of a cookie will make all the ice cream fall out. Ice cream spilling out of the center is never a good idea.
In the main heat, the bakers have an even more difficult task. Bringing a cookie flavor to a dessert without being a cookie takes a deft hand. The judges do not want just another snickerdoodle cake. At this point in the competition, the bakers need to impress.
After no one being eliminated in the previous episode, the bakers appreciate that there are no more free passes. Whether or not two bakers are eliminated in this challenge remains to be seen.
More importantly, some Food Network viewers have their favorite bakers. If one of those bakers goes home, it could cause an uproar.
