With four bakers remaining, Spring Baking Championship Season 7 episode 9 might be ready for a vacation. Will these Food Network bakers bring exotic flavors to the plate or will they be left at home?

According to Food Network, Spring Baking Championship Season 7 episode 9 “Spring Break” features the following:

"Fun spring getaways are the name of the game as host Ali Khan challenges the remaining bakers to combine destination desserts with classic snacks. The Spring Break fun continues as the bakers create a two-dessert landscape resembling a vacation in a national forest, amusement park, city or tropical beach. Judges Kardea Brown, Nancy Fuller and Duff Goldman decide which bakers make it into the finale."

Looking at the pre-heat challenge, the combination of destination desserts and classic snacks can go in a variety of directions. In reality, this part of the challenge seems very board. Which of the remaining bakers can balance the unlikely combinations and the theme? The baker who can make a big impression will earn the advantage for the main heat.

For the main heat, the baker who gets the amusement park theme has a tough time. Finding a way to translate an amusement park theme into pastry is quite difficult. It will be interesting to see what that baker makes.

Given the four themes, the baker who earns the pre-heat advantage could have an easier path to the Spring Baking Championship finale. Would you like to choose the theme versus being stuck with an impossible task?

Looking at the four remaining bakers, it can be almost impossible to predict the finalist. While Derek and Veruska have been on a roll recently, those results are not a guarantee. Either baker is only as good as the last bake.

On the other side, both Natalie and Keya have been top bakers. Basically, anyone can earn a spot in the finale.
