Whether mom has the new NutriBullet Pro in Soft Pink or a classic version, it is time to find some new uses for that blender. Shouldn’t kitchen essentials do double or triple duty?

With this recipe for Banana Bread Pancakes, the recipe uses a NutriBullet Immersion Blender. While you could whip the ingredients by hand, a gadget can be a lifesaver. Sometimes that extra mixing can be just a touch too much work.

  • In a bowl, blend 2 bananas, coconut oil and 1 cup of almond milk on LOW, PULSE until blended.
  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and blend on LOW speed.
  • Mix in walnuts. Add in more almond milk if needed to thin out batter.
