Worst Cooks in America Season 22 episode 4: Flavor flying high?

After mastering the grill in the last episode, the Worst Cooks in America recruits are ready to travel the world with flavor. Are these recruits ready to experience some global flavors and impress Michael Symon and Anne Burrell?

According to the Food Network, Worst Cooks in America “Fly Me to the Flavor” features the following:

"The recruits arrive to find boot camp transformed into an airport, and chefs Anne Burrell and Michael Symon welcome them to “Worst Cooks Air” to set off on an exploration of international flavors. First is a flavor-pairing game followed by a skill drill challenge where recruits go head-to-head with the opposing team making international appetizers. For the main dish challenge, the teams touch down in Spain and make meat and seafood paellas. The blind elimination challenge has the bottom recruits making tapas, and the recruit with the worst dish is sent packing."

While Eric departed boot camp in the last episode, he showed how far the recruits have come in this new season. No one would have thought that they would have been able to produce these dishes and think on their feet during their first season. Even though Eric had a few tears saying goodbye, the reality is that he might be on his way to cooking more.

For this episode, the recruits have a difficult task on their plate. The flavors in these international appetizers might not be the traditional food that they put on their plate. Hopefully, no one goes too extreme with the spice levels.

Thinking of the main challenge, seafood paella might prove to be a little difficult for the recruits. From that crispy rice on the bottom of the pan to the perfectly cooked seafood, paella might bring a few mistakes in the kitchen. Hopefully, there are more positives than negatives in those paella pans.

In the end, one recruit will be leaving bootcamp. Which recruit has cooked her last meal? It remains to be seen.
