Skittles all lime packs are here and summer is saved

Tasting the rainbow is seeing the return of a fan favorite candy with Skittles all lime packs. After years of requests, the candy brand has given fans what they wanted. For a limited-time this summer, the lime flavor returns, and summer is sweeter.

While Skittles has a variety of flavors in its line, lime flavor has long been a fan favorite. While green apple replaced lime in 2013, many people longed for that citrus flavor to return to the rainbow. Although there was a brief return in 2017 as part of the “Long Lost Lime pack,” the reality is that many people wish that the green Skittle still had that sweet pucker flavor.

Lime-loving SKITTLES fans have been very vocal with their pleas to bring back their favorite flavor and we’re excited to be able to offer them all the lime SKITTLES they want with the release of our All Lime packs.”

What other Skittles flavors deserve their own single flavor pack?

Given that Skittles has hundreds of flavors it its line, it begs the question could Skittles do other single flavor packs? Or, could there be another fun flavor and color combination that would make candy fans rejoice?

At Halloween, Skittles offers Zombie flavors where the colors are not what they seem. Building on that idea, could Skittles create a single-color bag but have that bag contain all different flavors.

Just thinking about an all-green bag, the option could happen. Although green apple and lime might not be the perfect flavor combination, it could be fun to dive into a bag and not know which “green Skittles” flavor would be enjoyed.

Looking across the Skittles line, there are many options where this single color, multi-flavor candy scenario could happen. While some people might have been scared to dive into those Zombie Skittles, other people might want to have this candy experience.

For now, the Skittles All Lime bags will be available this summer. If you have been longing for that lime flavor, grab a couple of bags before the candy disappears. Just like summer, the candy will be gone before you know it.
