Bramble & Tonic


  • 1.5 oz Bombay Bramble
  • 3 oz premium tonic water
  • Lemon wedge –squeezed and dropped in (garnish).


  • Built over cubed ice.

The touch of lemon is important for the summer cocktail. Just like a recipe can get a little boost from a touch of lemon, that little squeeze is important. Still, this cocktail is all about the gin.

The Bramble


  • 1.5 oz Bombay Bramble
  • 1 oz (2.5cl) freshly pressed lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Lemon wedge & blackberry (garnish).


  • Built and topped with crushed ice.

This gin cocktail is a little sweeter. The simple syrup lightens the sip. In a way, it is a twist on a classic lemonade forward summer cocktail. A touch sweet yet tart, it can be a refreshing sip on a hot day.

Clover Club


  • 1.5 oz Bombay Bramble
  • 1 oz freshly pressed lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • ½ egg white


  • Shake (hard) &strain.

While some aspiring mixologists might be a little apprehensive about this cocktail, egg whites in a cocktail add a special touch. The frothy sip is worth the effort. Just remember that this cocktail needs to be shaken quite vigorously.
