Is Gordon Ramsay ready for Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns? While the Hell’s Kitchen Season 20 premiere comes quickly on the heels of Kori Sutton winning Season 19, the reality is that this season looks to push the boundaries of the popular culinary competition, again. Can these younger chefs impress the venerable chef?

According to FOX, Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns: “Young Guns Come Out Shooting,” will feature the following:

"Hell’s Kitchen Young Guns, as Chef Gordon Ramsay is back in Las Vegas, home to five of Ramsay’s restaurants, including the world’s first Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant at Caesars Palace. For the first time ever, 18 aspiring chefs from across the country, all aged 24 years old or younger at the start of the competition, will challenge Lady Luck in the hopes of winning big."

As seen in FoodSided’s exclusive video, there are some classic challenges that will return for this new Hell’s Kitchen. From the iconic Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes to pushing the culinary creativity of the chefs, everyone will have to be on their best game to earn the ultimate prize.

While these chefs might be young, they are not green. From head chefs to private chefs. These young guns do know their way around a kitchen. The old phrase of age is just a number might apply. Although, no one should ever day to Gordon Ramsay, ok boomer.

At the same time, the new premise of young guard versus experienced chefs is an interesting take on a culinary competition. While some younger chefs might be more willing to experiment, the truth is that both experienced chefs and new chefs need each other in the kitchen. Like the perfect seasoning in a recipe, that balance makes a dish more flavorful.
