The Best Baker in America Season 4 finale is here, and one baker will earn the coveted Food Network title. After traveling across the United States with various famous desserts, five bakers remain. Which one will roll over the competition to capture the win?

According to the Food Network, the Best Baker in America Season 4 finale, “The Pacific” features the following:

"The pressure peaks in the Best Baker in America finale as host Carla Hall challenges the bakers to turn California’s famous chiffon cake into the hottest cake sensation — a tsunami cake — featuring lemons and avocados, ingredients commonly associated with the Golden State. In the final bake-off, the competitors are baking to win as they each build a 2-foot-tall Hawaiian-themed dessert showpiece featuring lilikoi (passionfruit), haupia (coconut custard), malasada (Hawaiian doughnuts) and intricate chocolate work. Finally, Carla and judges Gesine Prado and Jason Smith decide which baker has earned the title of Best Baker in America!"

Combining a chiffon cake and a tsunami cake is no easy task. The delicate cake with the lava like icing seems like complete opposites.

Add to that factor the ingredients of lemons and avocados, this cake might be full of contradictions. While avocados may not add a lot of flavor, they can add a rich texture. Contrasting that ingredient with the tart lemon might start a new dessert trend.

For the final bake-off to determine the Best Baker in America Season 4 winner, a 2-foot tall showpiece is gigantic task. Add to that challenge the various requirements, the remaining bakers will want a Hawaiian vacation away from the kitchen.

Since no one was eliminated in the last episode, it will be interesting to see how the finale plays out. Throughout the season, there have been major swings. Top bakers have fallen to the bottom and vice versa. Predicting a potential winner is quite difficult.
