TB12 Red, White & Blue Smoothie Bowl recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop TB12 Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla
  • As a garnish: 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until thickly blended together. Serve in a bowl and garnish with raspberries, shredded coconut, and blueberries, then enjoy!
