With two food trucks remaining, The Great Food Truck Race All Stars Finale is a battle of the bests. As everyone wagers a guess whether Seoul Sausage or The Lime Truck raises the trophy again, the truth is that both food trucks have put forth a winning season. Can Food Network fans guess the final outcome?

According to the Food Network, The Great Food Truck Race All Stars Finale features the following:

"The last two all-star food truck teams face off in a challenge with special ingredients from Chinatown. In the final taste challenge, the teams create a dish that represents their heart and soul as a food truck, stirring up deep emotions and pride. The teams compete for every last sale as the clock runs down, and in a thrilling elimination by the bay, host Tyler Florence crowns the winner of the all-star season!"

Looking at the first challenge, ingredients from Chinatown might be an advantage for Seoul Sausage. Although this food truck has proven it knows more than just its particular niche, sometimes ingredients factor into challenge success.

While the challenges have made the difference in some outcomes, the biggest influence in the final numbers has been the taste of the truck. Although some people questioned the value for the various costs, the reality is that many people what that total menu option. Sometimes winning it about good business strategy, not just delicious food.

The eventual winner will come down to which truck brings in the crowds. It doesn’t matter if there is a $20 menu item or a $200 menu item if there are not people who want to buy it.
