Although all these home cooks have proven themselves in the kitchen, they might not be making fresh pasta in their kitchens. While boxed pasta might be an easy choice, the reality is that fresh pasta offers much more flavor.
At the same time, fresh pasta does take a deft hand. From making the dough to the right thickness to proper cooking, it isn’t just play time. The home cooks need to take care in following the process correctly.
