SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream theme bars entice with spooky sips

While the dark, depths of the murky water might be hiding the scariest haunts, the SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream theme bars might offer a safe harbor. Although that barstool might seem welcoming, the reality is that those libations might lead to some intriguing encounters.

As SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream prepares for its first Halloween experience this fall, many people are devouring each and every new reveal. With new drop added to the frightening pool, the plunge into the deep end might have everyone wondering if there is no turning back.

In a recent announcement, SeaWorld Orlando shared that the Longshoreman Tavern is one of the bars open during Howl-O-Scream. While pirates often enjoy a refreshing pint of grog, this tavern might have something else unexpected mixed into that rum. While there will be some merriment to be found in that reprieve from the scare zones, these treasures might come with a steep price. That entertainment might leave a forever etching on your soul.

The Longshoreman Tavern continues some of the sea themes from the haunted houses and scare zones. For example, Captain’s Revenge brings people into the bowels of that doomed vessel. As guests traverse each dark turn, it leaves people wondering if their fate is as doomed as those lost crew members.

And, if even guests escape Captain’s Revenge, the Sea of Souls scare zone is a frightening reminder of what is lost at sea. While these pour souls dreamed of life on the high seas, their fate was far less promising.

Previously, SeaWorld Howl-O-Ween announced several other haunted houses, scare zones and themed bars. Those items included Beneath the Ice haunted house, Frozen Terror scare zone and Tormented theme bar.

While many guests expected the water and sea themed haunted experiences, the SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream theme bars are setting this experience apart from other Orlando Halloween events. Even though these areas are meant as a respite from the other immersive scary elements, some people might spend more time enjoying these elements. Sometimes people watching with a cocktail at Halloween events are the most enjoyable ways to spend part of the evening.
