Did you know that the Starbucks PSL is “one of Starbucks most popular seasonal beverages of all time?” According to the company, over 500 million of these seasonal coffee beverages have been sold since 2003. And, since PSL season seems to come calling earlier and earlier, the beloved beverage is back as of August 24. Even more exciting. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Season has double the beverages on the menu.

While pumpkin spice seems to take over all the food offerings in the fall, the Starbucks latte is the flavor that started the trend. The iconic PSL combines the flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove into that comforting flavor. Whether topped with whipped cream or just a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spices, it is that iconic fall beverage.

Available both hot and iced, the classic PSL has to be enjoyed at least one before it fades away like those fall leaves. But, that classic beverage isn’t the only option on the menu.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Season is all about the duo.

Returning again this year is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Now in its third year on the menu, the Pumpkin Cream Cold brew is all about savoring that pumpkin cream cold foam. Given that the pumpkin season is staring in August, the cold beverage is quite satisfying on a warmer day.

According to Starbucks, “Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is one of the most popular seasonal iced beverages with more than 90 million beverages sold in the U.S.” since its debut. While many people long for those colorful summer beverages and the sweet Frappuccinos, the reality is that pumpkin popularity cannot be denied.

In addition to the two pumpkin beverages, the bakery has brought back the seasonal favorites. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Pumpkin Scone. These two items are available in addition to the year round offering, the Pumpkin Loaf.
