Considering that some people probably add a drink and maybe fries to that meal, the calorie count grows even higher. Even the lowest calorie total could grow by another several hundred calories.
In the end, this list isn’t meant to make people feel bad or chastise them for their preferred menu item. But, if you’re wondering why that morning workout is a little harder after last night’s big meal, the extra calories might be the reason why.
