Is Buddy vs Duff season 4 happening at Food Network?

After an extended hiatus, Buddy vs Duff returned for its third season in July 2021 with Buddy Valastro and Duff Goldman coming together for another incredible season to compete for the title of top baker.

Across the season, Team Buddy and Team Duff turned out showstopping cake after showstopping cake in producing some truly incredible masterpieces which never failed to wow the season’s panel of bakers. In the end, only one team could win, though, and after a hard-fought battle Team Buddy managed to narrowly edge out TeamDuff in order to take home the win.

That makes it 2-1 in Team Buddy’s favor and the fact that the two bakers have now faced off in a three-season match has left many fans wondering if their battle is complete, or if another season could be in the works?

Has Buddy vs Duff been renewed?

At this time, Food Network has not yet renewed Buddy vs Duff for a fourth season. Considering Food Network generally waits to announce new seasons until closer to a show’s return, it’s unclear when exactly a formal renewal might be announced.

Will there be a season 4 of Buddy vs Duff?

Because Food Network has not yet renewed Buddy vs Duff, it’s unclear whether there will be a fourth season of the hit baking competition series. Considering the series remains a favorite among fans and both Buddy and Duff seemed to hint that they’d be up for another showdown, we can only hope Food Network will renew the series and make season 4 a reality.

Buddy vs Duff season 4 premiere date

At this time, Food Network has not yet announced a premiere date for Buddy vs Duff season 4 due in part to the fact that the show has not officially been renewed. Should Food Network renew the series, it’s likely we’ll have to wait until 2022 for the new season to drop.

Both season 1 and season 2 debuted in March, while season 3 was delayed a bit and did not premiere until July. Should the show be renewed, it’s possible Food Network could look to move the show back to its spring lineup; however, it’s just as likely we could have to wait until summer 2022.
