New IHOP Holiday Pancakes are a flavor present waiting to be unwrapped

Move over short stack, Santa has new IHOP Holiday Pancakes that are a must try. While classic holiday flavors might have tempting aromas, those special food treats need to entice with vibrant colors. Luckily, IHOP captures both of those concepts. Ready to grab a table and dig in?

Certain flavors are holiday-centric. Whether it is gingerbread, snickerdoodle or even peppermint, those taste are as common as red and green colors woven into the décor.

What are the new IHOP Holiday Pancakes?

The two new holiday pancakes are Winter Wonderland Pancakes and Cranberry Vanilla Pancakes. One offering might appeal to the kids and the other might appeal to the adults.

The Winter Wonderland Pancakes are bursting with holiday shine. Topped with a “shimmering blue vanilla swirl,” the visual is more temping that the winter wonderland outside. Who isn’t mesmerized by that sparkle?

In addition, the pancakes are topped with mini marshmallows and a little “powdered sugar snow.” Although some North Pole elves might want even more syrup on top, these buttermilk pancakes may not need more sugar. Then again, it is the holidays.

Adults might prefer the new Cranberry Vanilla Pancakes. The classic buttermilk pancakes are topped with “creamy vanilla bean mousse and cranberry topping.” In some ways, these pancakes sound more like dessert than breakfast. Then again, all the food rules disappear around the holidays.
