Made with whey protein, bananas and other ingredients, it isn’t necessarily a healthy cookie but it is one that may not have you earning top billing on the naughty list.

Here’s how to make Optimum Nutrition Gimmie S’more Mug Cookie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ scoop (24g) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey, vanilla ice cream flavor
  • ½ medium (59g) banana
  • ¼ cup (26g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 miniature marshmallows
  • ½ tablespoon (7g) “Nestle Toll House” semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Directions:

  • Mash banana in a medium bowl until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, protein powder, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips to bowl and mix to combine.
  • Transfer dough to a microwave safe mug or ramekin. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired (macros not included), and consume while the cookie is still warm!

Cookie Tip:

When heating this cookie, it is best not to microwave over 40 seconds. The mug will keep the heat and ensure that the cookie has a soft center and slightly gooey.

Ingredients

  • 6 Pepperidge Farm Pumpkin Spice Milano Cookies
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin spice creamer, pumpkin spice latte, or milk

Directions

  • Place Milano cookies in a mug and crush them into coarse crumbs using a fork.
  • Add pumpkin spice creamer, pumpkin spice latte or milk and stir until a batter forms, let sit for 30 seconds.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove, let cool for at least 2 minutes. Top with whipped cream, cream cheese frosting, and/or caramel sauce if desired.

Tip:

When making this recipe, the times can vary. Use 10 second increments to impact the gooey factor. The longer the cake cooks, the less gooey it will be.
