Sonic Patty Melt returns and the deal is even more craveable

Have you been craving the Sonic Patty Melt? The year ends on a tasty note as the popular quick service restaurant announcing the triumphant return of the favorite menu item. Need another reason to place an order? There is a restaurant deal that is too tempting to resist.

In the fall of 2019, the Sonic Patty Melt joined the menu. The combination of Texas Toast, two slices of cheese and grilled onions was a flavor combination that many people could not resist. With both mustard and mayonnaise, the first bite is just as enjoyable as the last one.

As Scott Uehlein, executive chef at SONIC, said, “With guests enjoying our now even more craveable cheeseburgers, SONIC wanted to provide a familiar dining staple wrapped in signature savory flavors with the return of the Patty Melt. A comforting option after the holidays that’s complete with melty cheese and grilled onions, we’ve layered in all the ingredients between thick, golden slices of Texas Toast to offer guests a moment of delightful bliss!”

Available now through February 27, the Sonic Patty Melt is $3.99 for a single. For those with a heartier appetite, there is a double version as well. Maybe it is time to resolve to satisfy that hunger.

And, for Sonic App users or anyone who orders via the Sonic website, the Patty Melt is half-price. That deal is a reason to start clicking. In addition, it is another example of how brands are using online ordering to entice and benefit guests. It is a win win for everyone.

With so many people excited to see this menu item return, it is interesting that there is a caveat of while supplies last. This statement should be a warning to Sonic fans that it is an order that should be made sooner versus later.
