For Jose Cuervo, they are making sure there is an burst of brightness in that margarita. Anyone need a lime?

Everyone knows that a classic margarita needs that sour flavor, which often comes from citrus. Although there is some sweetness, the punch of brightness keeps it balanced.

The classic margarita is lime forward. Although there are many variations on the original recipe, lime is still part of the cocktail. Even with some other fruit variations, there is even a lime garnish. Basically, without the lime, where is the margarita?
