Sometimes a little smile, laughter or high point can make a day brighter. It is just like how mom always knew what food to serve after that hard day at school. Ryan Reynolds has found a way to capture that young at heart sentiment and it has everyone craving another fork full. Ready to open that iconic blue box?

To say that Ryan Reynolds knows how to capture people’s attention is like saying Deadpool is only slightly humorous. That sly sense of humor often says what people want to say or are thinking but may not quite be willing to admit to it. It is like being in on a good joke.

Over the years, Reynolds has brought his witty takes to a variety of food and beverage products. Who doesn’t remember the “parent” size Aviation Gin commercial or the recent collaboration with Sir Richard Branson. It isn’t about being brash, it is about being funny in a way that is relatable.

In Reynold’s new Netflix film, The Adam Project, Reynolds time travels to his former self in hopes of saving the future. While blending the emotional and the humor is what he does best, this movie has that perfect balance.

Building on that classic Reynolds’ quick wit and sarcasm, the new Kraft Mac & Cheese commercial borrows from that movie plot. Check out the video.

While kids do say the “darndest” things, this commercial takes it to the next level. Of course, those phrases sound like Reynolds although they are coming from the younger actor.

At the same time, there is some validity to those comments. Some people could describe Kraft Mac & Cheese as “if cheese and rainbows had a baby.” There are plenty worst food descriptions in this world. But, it is probably best not to complain about grandma’s recipe. No one wants to hurt grandma’s feelings.

How would you describe Kraft Mac & Cheese? Do you think that Ryan Reynolds nailed another food add?
