ALDI makes an Easter Brunch meal even easier
While the kids might be focused on the Easter Bunny and the basket filled with candy, the Easter Brunch meal is what brings everyone to the table. With rising food costs, many families are looking for ways to keep the holiday traditions going but leave a little in the wallet. Luckily, ALDI understands and it has a tasty plan in store.
Before sitting down at the table, ALDI has all the sweet treats to fill those Easter baskets, treats for the egg hunt and more. From popular brands like Reese’s and Cadbury to its specialty brands, there are plenty of candies to choose from.
One great idea is to switch from the traditional chicks and bunnies. This year, considers some chocolate lambs like the Chocuer Chocolate Mini Lambs. Although some people might make that impressive looking lamb cake, these little treats could have everyone feeling loving the mini cuteness.
While there are plenty of sweet treats, the Easter Brunch meal cannot be a table full of sugar. Sure, it sounds like a great idea, but it might not have everyone hopping around later in the day.
Luckily, there are plenty of other options. In addition to fresh fruit, consider the La Terra Fina Cheddar Broccoli or Lorraine Quiche. The two classic flavors are always a great choice. Plus, the simplicity of serving a quiche ensures that the host is part of the celebration and not stuck in the kichen.
For a more robust option, consider the Butterflied Lamb Leg. While this idea might not necessarily be the traditional brunch, lamb is often a favorite Easter food. Whether seasoned with rosemary and garlic or a robust harissa, a beautifully executed lamb will impress everyone at the table.
Of course, the Easter Brunch meal does need to end on a sweet note. Even though all that Easter candy is tempting, consider a Belmont Banana Crème Pie. Or, go simple with a plate of Spring Macarons.
ALDI appreciates that the biggest focus for any holiday celebration should be the people around the table. When the value meets quality, the holiday host doesn’t have to worry about the grocery shopping. The focus can be about making memories that last far longer than the mimosas that are flowing during that Easter Brunch meal.
