7-Eleven springs forward with new flavored coffees and Slurpees
Spring showers might bring May flowers, but 7-Eleven is bursting with new flavored coffees and Slurpees. From a morning sip to a thirst for a Slurpee, there is a refreshing beverage waiting. There is plenty of gratitude towards heaven for these new options.
According to 7-Eleven, the two new flavored coffees are Salted Caramel Coffee and Lavender Syrup. The salty and sweet coffee is a curious choice for Spring. Although there might not be a salted caramel season, the buttery caramel has sweetness that is heighten from the salt. It is comforting, even if it is a rich flavor.
In some ways, maybe people will gravitate to that sweet coffee in lieu of other sugary beverages. After all, beach season is around the corner.
The other new option, Lavender Syrup, is a curious choice for 7-Eleven. While there are many coffees with floral notes, this syrup puts that flavor from and center.
Given that lavender has some calming effects, it could be the way to find a little balance to start the day. As people head back to the office, it might be time to add a little Lavendar Syrup to that iced coffee in hopes that the driving tension isn’t overwhelming.
For anyone who would like to try the Lavendar Syrup, 7-Eleven has created the Honeybee Buzz. That exclusive recipe can be found in stores.
In addition to the new flavored coffees, 7-Eleven is adding three Spring Slurpee options. They are Blood Orange Slurpee, The Vitaminwater XXX: Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate and Mango Lemonade.
The Blood Orange Slurpee blends Brisk Iced Tea and the Slurpee. While the Blood Orange flavor is different from regular orange, the flavor is as vibrant as the color. It is perfectly refreshing on a warm day.
The Mango Lemonade is another great option for the warmer weather. The perfect combination of sweet and tart, it will be hard to only purchase a small one. Every sip entices another, without getting a brain freeze.
