Butterbeer can be enjoyed in many ways. From the classic version to frozen to hot, everyone can pick their pleasure. Although each version has a slightly different sweetness level, all beverages are quite enjoyable.

According to a recent statement from Universal, Butterbeer can now be served without the foam. While that one change might not seem like a lot, it gives a whole new audience an opportunity to enjoy the Harry Potter.

The foam on a Butterbeer has dairy. Although that topping adds a lusciousness to the sipping enjoyment, it narrows the drink’s audience. For those who prefer or cannot have dairy, the iconic drink was off the menu. With the Butterbeer change, now more people can sip on that magical beverage.

This latest change is another example how Universal theme parks have embraced offering vegan food offerings. For many years, the Universal chefs have found creative, flavorful ways to bring more vegetarian and vegan menu items to the theme parks.
