Sometimes opening a bottle of wine can lead to intriguing conversations. Whether it is a sweet romantic talk with a loved one or laughter filled one with friends, that bottle seems to hold unlimited possibilities. Unshackled Wines want to enjoy that notion of discovering what is possible and embrace the becoming untethered. Are you ready to become unshackled?

Over the past several years, people have learned to adapt. Although it can feel that life is one continuous zoom call or the phone notifications are always ringing, the reality is that people are starting to put their priorities in order. Even if that ability to work anywhere has an appeal, another aspect has changed the daily grind forever. When job satisfaction is lacking, a change could be in order.

Regardless of the term given, the Great Resignation, Consideration, Reshuffling, or take this job and shove it sentiment has taken center stage. The live to work mindset has been replaced with a longing for a fulfilled life. But, that concept might be beyond reach for some people because the Mega Millions numbers did not materialize in their dreams.

Unshackled Wines wants to enable one person to the ability to walk out that door, nothing standing in their way, and say hello to pursuing their dreams. As seen on their Instagram page, the #TheGreatUnshacklingContest encourages people to submit a video about how they would like to leave the daily grind behind and embrace their dreams.

According to Bukola Ekundayo, General Manager, The Prisoner Wine Company, “At Unshackled, we believe that labels are limiting, conventions are for challenging, and rules are for rewriting—and when it comes to wine, we are doing just that. Now we want to encourage others to do the same in their lives. We want this $75k to give someone the same freedom we had when we launched Unshackled—to follow their passions and chart their own course.”

This idea is similar to how Unshackled Wines began. Stemming from The Prisoner Wine Company, these offerings look to “rewrite the rules of luxury wine making.” The wine offerings include a new Chardonnay, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend, Sauvignon Blanc, Sparkling, and Sparkling Rosé. For fans of Prisoner Wines, these wines are definitely worth adding to the wine fridge.

Are you ready to break from the chains? Why not open a bottle of Unshackled Wines and discuss what is possible.
