While some people might not wash that lucky jersey when their team is on a winning streak, Coors Light does not want those chores to take fans away from game day. In a recent announcement, the popular beer brand wants to make those “chores light” and give football fans a little helping hand.

According to Coors Light, Saturday is the popular day to do laundry and other chores. While no one is saying that gameday is more important than clean clothes (anyone’s college roommate will attest to this statement), but there can be a compromise. Although some people may not want to complete that to-do list on Friday night, there are some other options to get the chores done. And, the Silver Bullet seems to have found a solution.

Coors Light has partnered with Tide Cleaners to help college football fans step away from the washing machines and put them in front of all the plays. The partnership will be giving away “free laundry services from Tide Cleaners, Coors Light merchandise, and Tide product bundles” throughout the college football season.

As Marcelo Pascoa, Vice President of Marketing for the Coors Family Brands said, “There’s nothing worse than waking up on a football Saturday and seeing a mountain of laundry that needs to get done. That’s why this college football season, Coors Light and Tide Cleaners are teaming up to preserve college game days.”

From the delicates to that good luck hoodie, Tide Cleaners will take good care of everything in the basket. On October 8, fans in Cincinnati, Denver, and Chicago will have an opportunity to get their laundry done for free. Simply visit coorslightchoreslight.com for a participating bar location. Drop the laundry bag, Tide Cleaners will do the work, and it will be returned to your doorstep.

This promotion might be a little humorous, but the point has merit. No one wants to miss game day, but chores need to be completed. The laundry is not going to wash itself and mom is not coming over to clean up anymore. This idea could be the solution to at least one of the chores. Getting someone else to clean that messy bathroom might take a lot of bribery.

This college football season take a moment to chill. Even if the play on the gridiron gets everyone heated, the chore list does not have to be overwhelming. Take some advice from Coors Light and find a way to make Chores Light part of the solution.
