Tastemade helps bring a Disney+ themed food crawl to life
While Tastemade has inspired many cooks to step into the kitchen and whip up a delicious dish, the popular food-centric brand understands that blending food and culture makes enjoying a meal even more exciting. Now through December 23, select Los Angeles restaurants have collaborated on a Disney+ themed food crawl. Will these sweet and savory offerings make the end of the year merry and bright?
Disney fans crave more than just an engaging story on the screen. They long to bring that experience into their own world. Beyond the Disney Parks experiences and flavorful bites at the theme parks, other options are available outside of the turnstiles.
Recently, Tastemade partnered with several Los Angeles area restaurants to bring a Disney+ themed food crawl to life. Running now through Friday, December 23, the special event spans three restaurants. Each locale has a dish that related to a popular Disney+ original offering.
The Disney+ Season’s Streamings Crawl might push some people beyond their food comfort zone. Although nothing is totally out of the box, the menu items are far from chicken fingers and French fries.
The three participating restaurants in the Disney+ themed food crawl foodare:

- Oakobing | 3300 W 6th St Unit 2, Los Angeles, CA, 90020
- Cafe Gratitude | 639 N Larchmont Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90004
The specially curated menu items are quite fun. Enjoying all three makes for a lovely progression.
At Café Gratitude, it is offering a I Am Merry Mushroom tartine, which is inspired by The Santa Clauses. It is far from the traditional Santa milk and cookies, but the robust, earthy flavors are quite tasty.
Oakobing offers a special dish that is visually intriguing. Inspired by the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, the Christmas tree-shaped shaved ice makes for an Instagrammable moment. Plus, a tree shaped dish is a nice nod to Groot.
Lastly, Monty’s Good Burger celebrated Disenchanted. The Midnight Storm drink might be the nightcap to end the evening.
