Applebee’s hits the mark with its Valentine’s Day cocktail Tipsy Cupid

Ready to spark some romance at the table? While many people have “date night,” over that OREO Cookie Shake, another beverage is ready to toast to making a perfect match. The Valentine’s Day cocktail Tipsy Cupid is part of the Smoocho Mucho Sips and everyone is toasting the romantic cocktail.

Often referred to as the Neighborhood Bar and Grill, Applebee’s has become a popular place for people to enjoy a dinner out. When tasty food and great value come together, everyone is a winner.

Over the past couple of months, Applebee’s bar program has enticed people to make an extra visit to try the monthly beverage specials. From pairing with favorite liquor brands to seasonal offerings, those cocktails might be as tempting as that bourbon steak.

The Smoocho Mucho Sips are shaking up some fruity and fun flavors for the romantic time of the year. For example, the Tipsy Cupid is “a Vodka Lemonade featuring a match made in heaven with Tito’s Handmade Vodka with strawberry, premium lemon sour, and lemonade garnished with gummi red lips.” While the color is enticing, it is the combination of sweet and sour that has everyone puckering up.

The other cocktail, Date Night Daiquiri, is frozen, swirled Strawberry Mango Daiquiri made with Bacardi Superior. With this cocktail, make sure to sip slow because no one wants to have a brain freeze.

Priced at $6 each, the value ensures that there is a little extra for an appetizer or dessert during that night out. Sometimes being cost conscious can be a big turn on.
