This year, Baskin-Robbins is bringing back one of its most requested flavors, Love Potion #31. While this frozen dessert was not conjured by a magical creature, a scoop or two could spark a lifetime love affair.
As Jeanne Bolger, Director of Research & Development for Baskin-Robbins said, “When we originally launched Love Potion #31 in 1995, we had a feeling it would be an obsession-worthy combination of white chocolate and raspberry flavors. Today, it remains one of our most requested seasonal scoops.”
For those who may not remember, the Love Potion #31 features a combination of white chocolate and raspberry flavored ice cream. Added into it are raspberry-filled chocolate flavored hearts, raspberry swirls, and chocolate flavored chips. It can be served in a cone, waffle cup, or just eaten straight from the pint. But, two spoons might be required to avoid fighting.
While the Love Potion #31 might be a scoop of seduction, the Crazy for You Cake will make an impression as soon as it hits the table. The heart shaped cake features chocolate drips, OREO cookie accents, buttercream rosettes, and fudge. Paired with a favorite ice cream, it is the ultimate slice of decadence for the love filled holiday.
