For some food lovers, the truffle is one of the most precious ingredients. While some restaurants might present that earthy delicacy in a special box before shaving copious amounts all over the plate, others use the ingredient sparingly to highlight the pungent flavor. Although both scenarios are delightful, one issue can arise, the cost may not be affordable to all. At The Truffle Table by Shake Shack, white truffle season can be enjoyed by all.

While there are many fast casual restaurants that serve hamburgers, Shake Shack has always looked to stand out in a crowd. It is more than the flavors sandwiched in between the two buns. The brand has used chef partnerships, special collaborations, and other food promotions to showcase that the hamburger is always bursting with flavorful twists.

The newest offering, the Truffle Table, takes an elevated ingredient and makes it a little more approachable. Although the concept brings the fine dining experience to the masses, it is about having guests appreciate what a great food experience can be.

According to John Karangis, Executive Chef and VP of Culinary Innovation at Shake Shack, “We can’t wait to test this new fine dining experience with our guests to honor one of the most exquisite and luxurious ingredients in our pantry, the white truffle. From start to finish, we want guests to feel the most premium experience at Shake Shack from the food and wine to the table settings and music. It will be a night you won’t forget.”

Available at select locations, the Truffle Table showcases a special White Truffle menu. The $20 prix fixe tasting menu features tastes of White Truffle Burger, White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger and Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce. In addition, the dining experience comes with white table service, on china, with unlimited Gotham Winery pours, choice of Shake, and a bottle of Regalis truffle oil and a chocolate truffle from Thierry Atlan. For just $20, this special offering is totally worth the price. Compared to many other truffle themed dinners, this Shake Shack event is a fraction of the cost.
