Tony the Tiger celebrates 76th Annual Tony Awards because They’re GRRREAT

For the first time ever, Tony the Tiger is heading to the 76th Annual Tony Awards. While theater fans are excited to celebrate the amazing performances from the past season, Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes wants to show their appreciation for the theater community. It is time to serve a special bowl with their iconic tagline, “They’re GRRREAT.”

Over the years, Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and Tony the Tiger have served that classic cereal at various special occasions. Whether it is a big sports event or a collaboration with a favorite game, there are many opportunities to reimagine that perfectly sweet cereal.

Although it might not be the most obvious connection, sending Tony the Tiger to the 76th Annual Tony Awards is another way to see that “They’re GRRREAT” tagline can be applied to any and every situation. When guests head to the Tonys afterparty, Tony the Tiger will be presenting one-of-a-kind, gold-filled cereal bowl engraved with Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes with the brand’s iconic tagline. In addition to these special gold bowls, guests will be able to enjoy adult cereal milkshakes, breakfast inspired treats and bowls of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes cereal.

Bringing the favorite cereal brand to the Tony Awards is more than just a moment to celebrate the best and brightest in the theater community. It can be an opportunity to discuss the impact that live theater offers.

The American Theatre Wing’s 76th Annual Tony Awards, presented by the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, will present its awards on Sunday, June 11, 2023. The event will be broadcast on CBS Television Network from 8 p.m. till 11 p.m. ET. In addition, it can be streamed on Paramount+.
