Described as a slice of summer, the specialty dishes vary from savory, light bites to zesty cocktails and even a few sweet treats. Highlights from 2023 Flavors of Florida menu:

Jaleo by Jose Andres

While many people cannot wait to enjoy a serving of paella at Jaleo, the special Flavors of Florida menu offerings are quite diverse. Building on that idea of combining ingredients that grow together, the Ensalada de Sandia y Tomate is a wonderful example of Florida’s ingredients. The local watermelon with the heirloom tomatoes offers a contrasting sweetness. Balanced with sherry dressing and goat cheese, it is a dish that will have people asking for a second order.

Other options include Gambas Gabardina, Vieras Crudas a los Citricos, Jamon Serrano con Melon, and Pato con Melocotones y Naranjas. Luckily, the tapas style servings allow diners to order them all to share.

Wine Bar George

While the impeccable wine offerings at Wine Bar George always impress, the celebrated restaurant is offering a food and beverage option that is slightly different from its normal fare. The Frozen Old Fashioned is made with George Dickel 8-Year Old Tennesse Whiskey and Dole Whip Orange. While there is a slight whimsical element to this cocktail, it never loses its sophistication. On a warm afternoon, it is delightfully refreshing sipper that invites relaxation.

With its food offering, Wine Bar George is offering a Dicuru Burrata. Combining locally grown tomatoes and corn, it epitomizes summer flavors. Served on a sourdough bread, it is a celebration of Florida ingredients and flavors. It showcases that fresh, local ingredients should be highlighted in the simplest form.

Polite Pig

While many people head to the Polite Pig for its barbecue and bourbon, its 2023 Flavors of Florida menu item celebrates shrimp. The Key West Pink Shrimp Ceviche hits all the flavor notes. The shrimp are slightly sweet which contrasts with the shishito peppers and hot honey drizzle. With the slight smoke on the local watermelon, it is a multi-faceted delight that is quite enjoyable.

Morimoto Asia

While many people cannot resist some of Chef Morimoto’s classic dishes, the Cantonese inspired Cedar Key Clams Chow Fun takes on a Florida twist. Blending the Chinese black bean sauce with the fresh Cedar Key clams makes for an enjoyable bite.

In addition, Morimoto Asia is offering a Banh Gan Orange Blossom Crème Caramel and Orenji Dreamsicle. These sweeter offerings highlight the brightness of Florida citrus.

Terralina Crafted Italian

While some people might long to escape to the Amalfi Coast, they might not be able to travel quite that distance. Luckily, Terralina Crafted Italian has three spritz cocktails that capture that Italian vibe. From the Clasico to Rosa to even the Hugo, with its elderflower and mint, a few stolen moments staring at the lake feel like an extravagant escape.

Paddlefish

While fresh seafood is always on the menu at Paddlefish, the restaurant is highlighting key lime pie for the 2023 Flavors of Florida menu. That lovely blend of sweet and tart is the perfect end to a meal.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

While some people love the classic offerings at Gideon’s Bakehouse, the limited edition cookie for the 2023 Flavors of Florida menu will have people rethinking a classic dessert. The Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie has all the decadence that is expected from these cookies with a slightly zesty note. That punch of key lime juice helps to balance the richness of the chocolate. It is a combination that will have dessert lovers exploring the flavor combination in other ways.

Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew

While some people might start their day with orange juice, the Citrus Dream Donut is another option. Borrowing a touch of inspiration from a creamsicle, the orange glazed donut with buttercream is a nod to the classic flavors. It will quickly become a favorite on the menu.

From cocktails to desserts to everything in between, the 2023 Flavors of Florida menu has a food option for everyone. With so many choices, there are plenty of reasons to visit Disney Springs multiple times this summer.
