While fireworks fill the night sky across Disney Parks most nights, the Walt Disney World Star-spangled spectaculars are even bigger for the July 4th holiday. When the sun goes down, the celebration goes into full effect. Magical moments paired with patriotic flare make for the ultimate Fourth of July event.

Throughout Disney Parks, the All-American celebrations will delight guests from morning to night. For example, Magic Kingdom will have a special military fly over around 10:30. The U.S. Airforce special events will include a squadron of F-35 stealth fighter jets as well as a KC-135 tanker.

Given that all eyes are often on the sky during the Fourth of July events, both Magic Kingdom and Epcot will be offering fireworks spectaculars. At Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky will take place on both July 3 and July 4 starting at 9:20 p.m. The theme park stays open until 1 a.m. for the holiday.

At Epcot, EPCOT Forever will have a special finale, Heartbeat of Freedom, for the holiday. The Epcot show will begin at 9 p.m.

Since Fourth of July is more than just the spectacle in the sky at night, the Walt Disney World Star-spangled spectaculars include several holiday-themed food offerings. At Epcot, the Fourth of July Liege Waffle will be available at Connections Café on July 4. Also, Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be serving a July Fruit Tart, which is topped with a vanilla panna cotta popsicle. Additional patriotic food options are available through Disney Parks and resorts.

While the red, white and blue celebration is front and center for the July 4th holiday, the Flavors of Florida event at Disney Springs is delighting guests. These specialty dishes highlight the best of Florida ingredients. From bright, zesty savory dishes to sweet, succulent desserts, there is an option to satisfy every craving.

Celebrating a holiday at Disney Park is a magical experience. It might not be red, white and boom, but it is full of patriotic fanfare.
