For many Mountain Dew fans, being part of the Dew Nation is more than enjoying the various beverage flavors whenever the opportunity presents itself. This holiday season, it is time to VIEW THE DEW and enjoy one of nature’s spectacular lightshows.

Mountain Dew has always embraced its connection to the outdoors. Whether it has been the Dew Outpost that had people trekking from locale to locale or just a willingness to get outside and explore, the couch often sits empty when there is an adventure waiting to accompany that beverage refreshment.

This holiday season, the Dew Nation has an opportunity to VIEW THE DEW. The special event gives some lucky fans the opportunity to see the Northern Lights in person. It is time to put down the screen and experience the beauty of nature.

Even though the holiday season is full of drone shows, light displays, and other festive illuminative events, there is nothing more mesmerizing than the Northern Lights in real life. Via the Mountain Dew Instagram page, fans will have a chance to win a trip to Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort. Hopefully this opportunity will get people thirsty for more nature-filled experiences in 2024.

While this special event runs from Monday, December 18 through December 22, the livestream has another benefit for fans. From 4 a.m. till 8 a.m. EST, there is an opportunity to win free Mountain Dew.

When the “free DEW” button appears, the first 2,200 people each day that the event runs will receive a free 20 oz Mountain Dew. More information can be found on MountainDew.com/NorthernLights.

Although this promotion is fun, the idea to enjoy nature’s wonders has merit. Sure, everyone wants a free beverage or once in a lifetime trip. But, if the contest serves as a reminder to put down the screen and look up at the sky, Mountain Dew has succeeded in making a bigger connection with the DEW Nation.
