Pickles are everywhere. It is no longer just a spear with a sandwich or a chip on a burger. Claussen is ready to pour some simply satisfying flavor that pickle lovers are thirsty to try. Ready for Just the Brine?

There is something curious about pickles. While there are plenty of jokes about getting pickled, in a pickle, or fears about finding a flaccid pickle, the reality is that people crave that briny flavor.

Over time, those flavors have gone beyond the jar. From pickle infused beverages to cupcakes, those tangy, bright, bold flavors can infuse their goodness into a variety of food option. That kick of acid bring balance to rich, fatty, or decadent dishes.

Claussen wants to encourage people’s creativity with pickle flavors. Just the Brine is the bottle that opens a plethora of possibilities.

As Caroline Sheehey, Brand Manager Claussen said, “After seeing the overwhelming response from fans when we teased the concept last year and all the creative ways people use our brine, we knew we had to make this product a reality. Whether you’re mixing up a tangy cocktail or reaching for a next-day refresh, Just The Brine is here to bring the same flavor and experience you already know and love from our delicious pickles – now in liquid form.”

To clarify, this Just the Brine has a limited release ahead of St. Patrick’s Day. Available via GoPuff in New York, Chicago, and Boston beginning on March 14, the six-pack of Ultimate Mixer and Next-Day Electrolytes will have people clamoring to make that purchase. More importantly, people will be waiting to see how people will sip these beverages.

While pop stars might mix some pickle juice in a Diet Coke and others might sip on the juice as the morning after beverage, the reality is that there are more potential uses. Beyond the Bloody Mary, martini, or even margarita, why not take this juice into other recipes. It can be more than a brine for poultry. What about flavoring a mac and cheese or briny cheesy hashbrowns.

Given that the Just the Brine came to be because of fans’ overwhelming response to the concept, this initial rollout could be just the beginning. Maybe Claussen could turn that briny goodness into a portable powder for travel. Just think about how it would save that next all-inclusive vacation.
