From a weekly tradition with friends to a family meal to reset the week, brunch allows people to linger over delicious food and let the conversation flow. With the new First Watch spring seasonal menu, the vibrant colors ignite a flavorful experience from the first look to the last bite.

First Watch has become a force in the breakfast and brunch space. It is more than craving that delicious bacon or swooning over those fluffy pancakes. Guests appreciate the attention to detail, flavor creativity, and welcoming ambiance at the restaurants.

Available now through May 26, the spring menu is a celebration of the season’s exuberance. As the flowers bloom in the fields, these food options combine stunning visuals with vibrant flavors.

The new menu items are: Pineapple Express, Bacon Cheddar Cornbread, The B.E.C, SoCal Breakfast Hash, and Wild Berry Lavender French Toast.

The Wild Berry Lavender French Toast is partly inspired by First Watch’s signature beverage, Purple Haze juice and the Spike Lavender Lemonade. Given that lavender is having a moment in the coffee space this spring, it is lovely to see the floral note be infused into French toast.

The combination of berries and lavender is bright yet comforting. The colors pop on the plate, but it is more than a great picture for the Instagram story. The juicy berries keep the lavender from being too floral.

Overall, the bright, fruity notes balance the rich French Toast. Even though some people might want some syrup, the subtle of just fruit and cream is perfect.

For a hearty option to share for the table, the Bacon Cheddar Cornbread is a must order. The tangy cheese with the hearty bacon is a classic.  Each little piece folded into that moist cornbread feels like finding a little food treasure.

While delightful on its own, a drizzle of honey amplifies the experience. If there is a big group, it is better to get two orders. Everyone will want the last piece.

Consider pairing that dish with the Pineapple Express. That tropical beverage is refreshing without being too sweet. Even though the Purple Haze is that color changing drink that gets heads turning, this new offering is equally as enticing.

All the new spring seasonal menu items are available now at the more than 570 restaurants across the U.S. The breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot has seen tremendous growth. Based on the response to the new food items, the brand’s success will continue.
