Chef Jet is Thailand’s culinary ambassador. Recently, he partnered with Vita Coco to create a special smooth recipe that draws inspiration from the lotus flower, which is said to bring purity, wisdom, and enlightenment.

Vita Coco has a long standing relationship with Thailand and has sourced coconuts from the country. Specifically, the food brand’s Original Juice with Pulp is sourced “exclusively from the region.”

Using Vita Coco in smoothies has surged in popularity. Not only does it add a lovely flavor, it adds to the beverage’s luscious mouth feel.

Jet Tila’s Lotus Smoothie Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Original Vita Coco

¾ Cup Canned Lychee in Syrup Strained          

⅓ Cup Coconut Cream

2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1.5 Cups Frozen Pineapple

1 Cup Greek Yogurt

For Pink Lotus - add red dragon fruit, strawberry or raspberry

For Green Lotus - add matcha, spinach or kale

While the White Lotus might be blending a different smoothie in its torrid tale, this Jet Tila and Vita Coco smoothie is one that everyone will want to sip. Pink or green, both flavors bloom with delicious in every glass.
