New Cracker Barrel holiday menu items are all about sweet indulgence

While people cannot get enough of the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie, Cracker Barrel is ready to roll out its holiday offerings. The new Cracker Barrel holiday menu brings the sweetness and traditional favorites celebrate all those food memories around the table.

Over the years, Cracker Barrel is more than just a stop on a road trip where people sit a spell, rock and relax. That country-inspired, homestyle food is the ultimate comfort bite. It might not necessarily be grandma’s recipes, but they are classic, traditional, and always delicious.

Joining the menu for the holidays are three new items: Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, DIY Chocolate Bar, and Sparkling Plum Mimosa. Whether enjoyed at breakfast, lunch or dinner, the flavorful food feels like a festive indulgence.

As Sarah Moore, Cracker Barrel Chief Marketing Officer explained, "The holiday season is a time to celebrate joyous moments with those you love, and for our guests, there's no better please to do that than at Cracker Barrel. We're thrilled to usher in a holiday menu filled with returning guest favorites and new crave-worthy dishes decked out for the season. Whether our guests need a place to celebrate with friends and family or are looking for the perfect gift for that special person on their list, we're here to lend a hand."  

With the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Breakfast, it starts with the cinnamon streusel bread. That foundation is robust, yet not heavy. Hand-dipped in Cracker Barrel's signature batter, the texture contrasts the smooth cinnamon and cream cheese icings. Adding some savory to the plate, the French Toast is served with two eggs and bacon or sausage.

Since beverages are big business for restaurants, the DIY Hot Chocolate Bar is a fun way to make sipping interactive. From holiday sprinkles to peppermint stick, the personalized possibilities are endless.

Lastly, the Sparkling Plum Mimosa feels like the perfect pairing for both sweet and savory foods. The winter fruit is juicy and sweet. Plus, with edible gold glitter, it brings extra sparkle.  

These new Cracker Barrel holiday menu items are available now. They join the signature Homestyle Holiday Pies as well as its Heat and Serve offerings which are available for the season.
