While the Original Glazed doughnut is always delicious, chocolate lovers sometimes crave some extra sweetness to start the day. The Krispy Kreme Chocomania Collection is the over the top chocolate treat that will have people ordering a second dozen.  

When Krispy Kreme launches a new limited-edition collection, everyone stops. It is more than the Red Light announcing that hot and ready Original Glazed Doughnuts are coming off the line. With the new Krispy Kreme Chocomania Collection, the collaboration with Hershey’s is a chocolate lover’s dream come true.  

Over the years, Krispy Kreme has partnered with Hershey’s chocolate and other Hershey’s candies for the doughnuts that were outrageous. Without losing the classic doughnut flavor, the sweetness from the Hershey chocolate and candies comes through in every bite.

What are the new Krispy Kreme Chocomania Collection flavors?  

Available now for a limited time, the Krispy Kreme Chocomania Collection has four flavors. They are Hershey’s Galaxy Brownie, Hershey’s Black & White Chocolate Chip Dream, Hershey’s Chocolate Cake Overload, and Hershey's Chocolate Iced. It is not picking one over another, it is picking which one to eat first and last.  

The most over the top, chocolate forward doughnut is the Hershey’s Galaxy Brownie. Filled with the Hershey's Special Dark Fudge Kreme, the doughnut is dipped in Hershey’s chocolate icing and topped with brownie pieces. It is a celebration of chocolate and textures. This doughnut might be the ultimate dessert, not just a morning treat.  

Another dessert forward option, Hershey's Chocolate Cake Overload might be better than a chocolate lava cake. The Hershey’s fudge old fashioned cake doughnut is dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and has a Hershey’s dark chocolate buttercream dollop. Grandma may not have made a chocolate cake like this offering, but she should have.  

The other two offerings have a little contrast to the chocolate flavor. The Black and White doughnut might not necessarily be a nod to that classic cookie, but it is a contrast in sweetness. Lastly, the chocolate iced is the classic offering that pairs well with coffee, milk, or almost any beverage.
