Krispy Kreme kicks off Dr Pepper Fansville season the ultimate doughnut collection
It is time to look beyond the pumpkin patch and rush toward football season. For the first time, Krispy Kreme is partnering with Dr Pepper. This bubbly, beverage inspired doughnut has all of Fansville cheering for another dozen.
Whether it is breakfast before the big game or a treat after an epic win, doughnuts always make people happy. While Krispy Kreme has offered football-inspired doughnuts previously, this year’s offering takes the seasonal food to a whole new level.
The Krispy Kreme Dr Pepper Kickoff Collection features three doughnuts: Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut, Buttercreme Goals Doughnut, and KREME Filled Football Doughnut. While one of the doughnuts is familiar, the beverage inspired one will have people rushing to get that first taste.

The first ever Dr Pepper doughnut is set to become a huge hit. Inspired by the 23 flavors in the Dr Pepper, the Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut starts with an Original Glazed. Then, tops it with Dr Pepper flavored frosting. It hits that sweetness with those 23 other flavors.
Plus, the special Fansville doughnut has a Burgundy Sprinkle Blend and a white chocolate Dr Pepper logo. While the visual makes a statement, it is the flavor that will have everyone asking for a second doughnut.
Buttercreme Goals Doughnut transforms the Original Glazed with a yellow buttercream goal post, which is on top of the green icing and colorful sprinkles. With this doughnut, the sweetness scores right down the middle of those uprights.
Lastly, the KREME Filled Football Doughnut is always a favorite. Shaped like a football, the classic white KREME nestled inside that doughnut just as satisfying as the perfect slant to score the game winning touchdown.
