ME Cabo welcomes guests into an immersive Dia de los Muertos event
While the vibrant Mexican culture infuses every guest’s stay at ME Cabo, this year’s Dia de los Muertos celebration is even more spectacular. The journey to unite past and present is full of vibrant imagery, poignant moments, delicious food, and mesmerizing music. With the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas as its backdrop, Ezinma will perform during this night to remember and guests will want to stay up till the dawn breaks.
Throughout Mexico, the vast and varied resorts take different approaches to enticing travelers. Some infuse well-known concepts into the escape to paradise. Others expand on their well-known branding to give guests a familiar stay.
At the same time, each property appreciates that adding a touch of Mexican culture to any and every stay is vital. During Mexican celebrations, like Mexican Independence Day or even Dia de los Muertos, the connection to the home country is even more important.
For the first time, ME Cabo is creating a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture. With the help of acclaimed violinist, Ezinma, the special performance sets the stage for a night to remember.
As Sara Ranghi, Marketing & Brand Development Americas, Director said, “At ME Cabo, we’re proud to be at the forefront of immersive cultural experiences with our ME Happenings series. We are thrilled to invite guests to encounter Mexican culture through our upcoming Día de los Muertos celebration, which will honor rich traditions and offer a truly unparalleled journey into the heart of the destination in a contemporary way. This year, the event will feature unrivaled performances by renowned music artists, creating unforgettable memories for our attendees.”
Throughout the evening, guests will experience nine key moments along their journey. While this event is a figurative trip to the Aztec underworld, the night immerses people into the concept in a tangible way. From standing in front of the altars to watching Ezinma’s performance, the idea is to see how culture connects past, present, and future.
From the cocktails enjoyed at the Mezcal Amarás bar to dancing the night away under the stars, this special event is another example how ME Cabo blends luxurious accommodations with cultural creativity. While guests might spend just a few days in this paradise, the memories linger for months or years to come.
