M&M’S Halloween Rescue Squad helps to keep the porch light on and the candy bowl full
Once the sun sets, the streets come alive on Halloween. As trick or treats scamper up and down the path, their bags become heavier with the big candy haul. While fun is around every corner, one potential doomsday moment puts the fear into every house. The dreaded darkened porch light means the candy bowl is empty. Luckily, the M&M’S Halloween Rescue Squad is here to save the day.
Many people love a good scream during the spooky season. From the Halloween Horror Nights jump scare to watching those slasher movies, the frights bring delights all month long.
Although witches might mutter about toil and trouble, no one wants the ultimate fright on Halloween. The fear of running out of Halloween candy is scarier than any monster lurking in the shadows. It might be the worst food curse of the season.
This year, M&M’S will be offering Halloween Rescue BOOths in two select cities, Philly, PA and Westfield, NJ. Since these cities had the most “out of candy calls” in 2023, M&M’S is putting forth extra effort to ensure everyone gets a sweet treat this year.
According to Tim LeBel, Chief Halloween Officer and President of Sales at Mars Wrigley North America, "As an authority on Halloween, Mars continuously listens to our consumers and we're excited to inspire moments of everyday happiness all season long, and on Halloween night, with M&M'S Halloween Rescue Squad. Whether you're treating yourself with our M&M'S Milk Chocolate Pumpkin Pie or looking to impress trick-or-treaters with Mars Wrigley variety bags – Mars will make sure you, and your candy bowl, are covered this Halloween."
While the specialty M&M’S Halloween Rescue BOOths will be available from 5-7 p.m. on Halloween in those two cities, the Mars Wrigley candy brand wants to help everyone across the U.S. In partnership with Gopuff, the M&M’S Rescue Squad is back.
On October 31, beginning at 5 p.m. ET, anyone can visit MMS.com/Halloween-Rescue-Squad to get their candy supply restocked within an hour. The free Mars candy, fulfilled via the Gopuff partnership, is available while supplies last.
This year, Halloween should be frightful and delightful for spooky and sweet reasons. Let the M&M’S Rescue Squad be the phone a friend on Halloween. Keep that porch light on and the candy bowl full.
