Pepsi Dig In brings Slutty Vegan to its Las Vegas Restaurant Royalty Residency

For its third year, the Las Vegas Restaurant Royalty Residency program celebrates not only some special restaurants from around the nation but also Pinky Cole Hayes’ Slutty Vegan.

Las Vegas is full of exuberance, excessiveness, and deliciousness up and down the strip. While those culinary greats tempt at every turn, the Pepsi Dig In Restaurant Royalty Residency is more than just another meal. The specialty event showcases culinary talent on one its biggest stages.

The big name in this year’s event is Slutty Vegan. Pinky Cole Hayes has made her vegan restaurant concept a household name. This event in Las Vegas expands her reach.

In addition to Slutty Vegan, this year’s event features Q1227, Taco Mell, Sienna Wings, NYAM, and Vyoone's. While each restaurant’s run is different, the variety of food choices is tremendous. From Jamaican inspired dishes to Afro-Creole French with a twist, diners will be curious to discover the various cuisines.
