Walmart’s Game Day Baskets serve a crowd without breaking the bank
As football fans cheer their favorite team, everyone is hungry for more than another win. They want a tremendous food spread without derailing their budget. Luckily, Walmart’s Game Day Baskets are the perfect play for the season.
Whether it is tailgating or homegating, food and football go hand in hand. Some fans might curate a menu based on each week’s opponent or they might stick with a lucky food. No matter the scenario, food is just as essential as that lucky jersey.
For this season, Walmart launched three Game Day Baskets. Similar to what the brand does during the holidays, these curated offerings have everything a host needs to create the ultimate experience. More importantly, $50 can serve a group of eight people.
The Game Day Baskets include Watch Party Basket, Tailgating Basket, and even the Clean-Up Basket. While the Clean-Up Basket might not necessarily be for the crowd, it is vital for any host.
With the Watch Party Basket, the food offerings include: pizza, wings, chips, dips, soda and more. Shoppers can customize the basket with their preferred pizza, dips, and snacks. If someone wants a second pepperoni pizza versus two different flavors, it is totally fine. Priced at $7 a person, it is value that delivers what people want.
The Tailgating Basket is great for that on-site gathering. From classic hot dogs to chips and condiments, that box full of goodies makes the day a breeze. The basket is priced at less than $50 for eight people. While hosts will have to provide the cooking surface, Walmart does the rest. Sometimes it is nice to have a food coordinator so that the tailgating win is within reach.
The Walmart Game Day Baskets are available now through October 18. These items are ordered online. Check with the brand’s website for more information.
