Taco Bell is giving everyone a reason to watch the NBA Finals. Could free Doritos Locos Tacos be the greatest moment of your summer?

Could you steal a taco? The infamous Taco Bell free taco promotion is back for this year’s NBA Finals. Even if you don’t have a clue which teams are playing for the title, the idea of getting a free Doritos Locos Tacos could have you at least read the box score. Isn’t a free taco promotion a slam dunk for any food fan?

For the fourth year, the Steal A Taco promotion returns. The concept is relatively straight forward. If the road team “steals” (a.k.a wins) a road game (“the first game the road team wins”) earns everyone in America a free Doritos Locos Taco.

Some people believe that the Doritos Locos Tacos are the Greatest of All Tacos. While the taco has been on menus since 2012, its fan base is extremely loyal. In some ways, it is like having your favorite Doritos chip with all the taco goodness.

Doritos Locos Tacos come in three flavors, nacho, fiery and cool ranch. While some people choose based on their favorite Doritos chips, other people prefer to switch it up a little. Truthfully, there is nothing better than a cool ranch Doritos Locos Taco with extra hot sauce drizzled on top.

This promotion will begin on May 30, when this year’s NBA Finals start. If a team “steals” a game, everyone in America can receive a “free Doritos Locos Taco on Tuesday, June 18 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.”

New to this year’s promotion, guests can redeem this free offer via the mobile app or online. The offer is good for one taco, per person.
