"DOLE Berry Banana Fro-WhipIngredients:2 ripe DOLE Bananas, peeled cut crosswise into thirds and frozen1 cup chopped DOLE Pineapple, frozen½ cup DOLE Blackberries½ cup DOLE Blueberries½ cup DOLE Raspberries plus additional for garnish3 Tablespoons powdered sugar1 ¼ cups refrigerated unsweetened coconut milkShaved dark chocolate and/or chopped nuts (optional)Method:1. Puree bananas, pineapple, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and sugar in a blender; with blender running, slowly add coconut milk, makes about 4 ½ cups2. Divide into 4 bowls; top with raspberries, chocolate and or nuts, if desired"

This Fro-Whip offers the perfect balance of sweet with a little tart. The combination of all the berries make each spoonful luscious.

Plus, the pineapple adds sweetness while the banana adds the perfect texture. It is just as tasty as any ice cream yet has tons of healthy ingredients.

While DOLE suggests chocolate or chopped nuts as an optional topping, I would recommend a little granola for texture. Additionally, some coconut chips are a nice touch for added texture.

Also some candied nuts are an extravagant touch that makes this frozen treat go over the top. Granted this option adds sugar and calories, so it might just be a sometime treat.

Truthfully, there are many ways that this Fro-Whip could be used. From layered parfaits to maybe even part of a freezer box cake, the possibilities are many.
