Attendees at CES could use an energy boost. Coca-Cola Energy and Amazon Alexa are giving attendees a taste of the newest Coca-Cola innovation.

Can’t Amazon Alexa do almost anything? At CES 2020, Coca-Cola Energy is helping all those energy deprived trade show guests. All they have to say is Alexa, can I get a Coca-Cola Energy?

Unveiled at the expansive consumer technology conference, CES, the Alexa Coca-Cola Energy Wall could be one of the most visited exhibits at the show. With a simple turn of the iconic phrase, attendees can sample the newest Coca-Cola beverage. In addition to the energy boost, attendees will be some of the first people to sample the new beverage before it hits store shelves.

While Coca-Cola has caffeine, the caffeine levels are not as significant as other energy drinks. As consumers seek that beverage to boost lower energy levels, this new Coca-Cola beverage looks to offer that energy boost but still give brand loyalists that classic flavor they crave.

Available in four flavors, Coca-Cola Energy, Coca-Cola Energy Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Energy Cherry and Coca-Cola Energy Cherry Zero, these beverages take the flavors that fans know and love yet boost the caffeine levels. Using guarana extracts and B Vitamins, the beverages are intended to give the consumer a beverage that goes from day to night.

While the energy beverage category is huge, many of those flavors are non-cola focused. This option appeals to the traditional Coke drinker. Whether a replacement for that afternoon espresso or a different Coke option when your day is dragging, it keeps consumers loyal and gives them the flavor that they like.

The Amazon Alexa launch at CES is a smart choice for Coca-Cola. If this beverage can keep all those attendees energized, it serves at a testament to its place in the energy drink market.

Although not everyone has the opportunity to be in Las Vegas and CES, anyone can pre-order the new Coca-Cola beverage via Alexa. Simply tell Alexa, “Order me Coca-Cola Energy” and you can pre-order the beverage prior to the official launch. (It can also be ordered online). The new Coca-Cola beverage will be available on January 20.

Coca-Cola is always looking for ways to connect with its fans. From the Freestyle Mix contest to the new flavor launches to innovative packaging, the brand is constantly evolving. Without alienating its core fans, it finds ways to stay relevant.
