The Buddy vs Duff Season 2 finale is here. With Star Wars Day almost here, Buddy Valastro and Duff Goldman create special cakes for a Galaxy’s Edge event.

Who will be the Buddy vs Duff winner? In the Season 2 finale, the episode’s theme takes inspiration from a galaxy far away. Even though the competition is close, the most impressive Star Wars Cake will have either Buddy Valastro or Duff Goldman crowned the winner. Is your lightsaber ready?

According to the Food Network, this week’s Buddy vs Duff episode, “Star Wars Cake” features the following:

"For their final challenge, Buddy Valastro and Duff Goldman create their biggest, most elaborate cakes yet to celebrate Star Wars Day. The judges reveal the winner of this year’s competition during an event at Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge hosted by Billy Dee Williams."

Throughout Season 2, the cakes have been more elaborate than the first season. From gigantic dinosaurs to underwater escapes to carousels, these cakes are more than just some butter, sugar and flour. These cakes are artistic wonders. It is almost a shame that people could eat them.

Although Buddy has a lead going into the finale, either team can win. The Star Wars Cake is worth triple the points. Basically, this one cake is for the title.

Given that these Star Wars cakes are being presented at Galaxy’s Edge, they are going to be elaborate. Looking at a few clips, the Millennium Falcon could make an appearance. It will be interesting to see if that bucket of bolts will fly.

Although there are many options for these Star Wars cakes, it seems likely that the focus will be on objects, not characters. But, a life-size Chewbacca would have been pretty awesome.
