According to the Food Network, the season finale of Big Time Bake, “Travel,” features the following:

"Four bakers take host Buddy Valastro and judges Thiago Silva and Aarti Sequeira on an incredible journey as they create cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake inspired by their travels. After six hours of intense competition, one baker’s journey will continue as they embark on an all-expenses-paid, once-in-a-lifetime trip."

This theme is so broad that the bakers can go in almost any direction. It is more than a trip to the lake or an epic vacation to Paris, these baked treats need to express what it means to travel. There needs to be an expression of wanderlust in a special way.
